Changes impacting Starter, Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans - November 8, 2023

As of November 8, 2023, Vizcom will start to make updates to the workspace structure, role types and features within the Starter, Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans. The following changes will be made:

• Workspaces: We've improved our messaging around workspaces and subscription plans to make it easier for you. A workspace is always subscribed to a Vizcom plan, but that plan can be free or paid. If you're just getting started with Vizcom, your workspace will be subscribed to the free Starter plan, no credit card required. You can upgrade your workspace subscription at any point. • Teams: With the introduction of Teams to your Workspace, you will gain the ability to separate and organize files between select members of your Workspace. Learn more here.

• Role types: Previously, role types (Admin, Editor, and Viewer) were limited to the Professional plan, but with these updates, those on the Starter (free) plan will be able to collaborate more easily with a team. Learn more about our role types here.

• Updated Organization Plan: Our updated Organization plan offers premium features perfect for large teams looking to boost their design workflow securely. Learn more here.

• Drafts: With the addition of a new Drafts section, you can privately explore design ideas in your own personal space. Only when you're ready to share with a Team do they become accessible to others. Learn more here.

• Home: The Home page is the landing page for your workspace. Here you can quickly access recent files, as well as manage files across your entire workspace. Learn more here.
