Asset Library

The Vizcom Asset Library is a centralized collection of reusable visual assets—colors and images—that can be easily added, managed, and reused across your file & projects. It helps maintain consistency, streamline workflows, and support team collaboration by keeping commonly used assets accessible in one place

To access your assets, simply click on the "Asset" tab located in the left sidebar or in the toolbar within Workbench. From there, you can browse, add, and manage your colors and images.

Collaboration

• This file: Assets only available in the file you're working in (Available on all plans)

• My library: Access assets across your files in a single workspace (Available on Pro & Enterprise plans only)

• Workspace: Access and share assets with teammates in your workspace (Available on Enterprise plans only)

How to access assets

You will now see an "Assets" tab in the left sidebar in 2D Studio

Click on the "shapes" icon in the toolbar to open up the asset library in Workbench
